To do this, begin from the Start Menu, then to run and type in “CMD” and press enter. Once the command prompt box opens, make sure it says C: in there and nothing else. If there is something else after the C:, type in “CD:\ “, do not keep the quotes. The next is to type in the following words from here: “windows\system32\restore\rstrui.exe”, remember to remove the quotes, and then press “enter”. This will begin to restore system.
In many situations, attempt to run it from the Start Menu will fail and this is why you have to do in this way. Once the system restore box opened, click on restore from an earlier date and choose a date from before your system started crashing. After it is finished, restart your computer.
